Google has become less likely to return blocks with similar queries (People also ask) in search results. This is evidenced by the data monitoring tools SERP Mozcast and RankRanger, states Searchengines.
According to RankRanger, such blocks are now shown for 40% of requests, and a week ago they were displayed for 52%.
Mozcast recorded a decline from 93% to 87% for all requests.
According to Mordi Oberstein of RankRanger, this change affected such categories as products, services, and keywords related to local businesses most of all.
In recent months, the “People also ask” block began to appear very often in Google search results. However, now the search engine seems to have reduced its activity in this direction, note NIX Solutions’ experts.
