Facebook has added the ability to create custom metrics to the Ads Manager interface. Previously, it was possible to do this only in the “Reports on advertising” section, reports SearchEngines.
Advertisers can now create and edit custom metrics in Column Settings in Ads Manager. To do this, click the Columns drop-down menu, select Customize Columns, and then click the Create Custom Metric link.
Using custom metrics, you can measure ad performance based on your own parameters.
NIX Solutions reminds that Facebook first introduced custom metrics in December 2019. In the same update, the social network launched summary reports for several accounts and a report on conversion paths.
